Fall Festival 2017
Join us to celebrate the fall season with seasonal carnival activities.
Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22. Daily hours vary. SMIS Campus Gym
Your sponsorship will include publicizing your business at the three day event and recognition on our social media, school newsletter and press releases.
Sponsorship Opportunity is as follows:
• Pumpkin Patch: $500 (sponsor all 400 pumpkins in our pumpkin patch)
• Hay Maze: $500
• Hay Bales: $20 for sitting areas and picture booths
• Game Booths: Sponsor decorations at any of our game booths for $25, $50 and $100 donations
The Fall Festival is scheduled for October 20-22, 2017 on our school campus. The festival is one of the school’s largest annual fundraisers. The three day event attracts patrons from local communities of the school which are: Saint Michaels, Window Rock, Fort Defiance, Sawmill, Ganado, Chinle, Lupton, Navajo, Tohatchi, Gallup, and other smaller communities between these larger towns. We anticipate large crowds to our event. The event includes a cash raffle, indoor/outdoor games, food sales, entertainment, a hay maze and a pumpkin patch.
The hay maze and pumpkin patch return to our event and are signatures attractions. This may be the first opportunity many local people will experience the fun, puzzle layout of the hay maze which is designed to be friendly during the day (up until 7PM, ideal for younger children) and scary (costumes, eery music, dark lighting for older children and adults). Our community does not have local pumpkin patches and most people travel up to 3 hours to visit a nearby patch. Here on campus, patrons can visit our patch and pick their pumpkin.
